What information is sought?
Troutmoon Inc. (hereinafter "the company"), seeks only the minimum customer or prospect information we need to do business, or to seek to do business.
How is information used by the company?
For organizations or individuals, in two ways only:
1. To communicate with customers in order to support their existing company products or services, to inform them of new products or services, to request feedback or a reference, or finally, to communicate for other reasons at customer request.
2. To communicate with prospects in order to offer them products and services.
For anonymous information (such as number of visits to a page, or number of informational e-mails requested), in one way:
1. To evaluate and improve business process and materiels.
How information is gathered.
Information tied to any particular organization or individual is gathered on a strictly voluntary basis.
Anonymous information (such as how many visitors to a web-page, or how many requests for an informational e-mail), may be gathered automatically by software tools.
How long is information retained?
Organizational or individual information is retained only as long as we are doing business or reasonably seeking to do business with said organization or individual.
Anonymous information (page visit counts, number of e-mails requested, etc.), are retained only as long as they are useful.
Can you access your information?
The company will not give out information but any properly identified organization or individual may send an update to their information or tell us to delete their information.
Regarding third party links.
If we provide you a link or other third party contact information we are not responsible for any privacy matters between you and the third party.
